Default Switching out heads. Do I have to deck the block??

I'm going to switch out the head on my stock H22A1. The new head is ported, has aftermarket valvetrain..etc. Will I have any sealing issues with the new headgasket by pulling off the old head and putting this one on without touching the block?

no u dont have to deck the block, just clean the sealing surface off with a rag or somthing and make sure u get off the black teflon looking stuff on the block left behind from the old head gasket.

You don't need it unless you overheat the engine, dick head.
