Default Magnaflow vs. Apexi WS2 (cb7)

Hey all,
I have been doing a lot of research for this and on this site I have only found a couple threads, but nothing to answer my questions. I am swapping an h22 into my cb7 and need a sufficient exhaust. I am going with 2.25" since there really aren't any 2.5" ones that I like. The two that I am interested in are the magnaflow and apexi ws2 cat-backs. I am looking for an exhaust that is relatively sleek looking (no canister mufflers) and sounds nice and low/deep. I found sound clips and thought the ws2 was a bit raspy, but either way I haven't heard anything on h-swapped cb7s or accords at all. Anyways, thanks in advance!

I have a H22 swap in my Accord. However, for the exhaust, I had one custom made for me. It's a 2.5" exhaust from a Kamakazi header all the way back with no cat and no resonator with a magnaflow muffler. Looks a lot like an apexi or even a stock muffler, not that nasty big canister look. It is a bit loud and raspy but that is due to no cat/resonator. I will take a video of it and post on here for you later.

Great thanks, that was my other idea, buying a piping kit from Kteller and going custom magnafow muffler. I was also looking again today and saw the tanabe super hyper medallion and I had heard decent things about tanabe, any input? Thanks

Tanabe is actually pretty good. When I was debating my set up I was going to either go with a Magnaflow, Tanabe or a World Sport exhaust. I am pretty happy with my et up. Once you get use to the noise, its all good.

Cool thanks for the reply. I actually went ahead and purchased the magnaflow. I can't wait!
