any radiator will fit anything, as long as you have hoses long enough and it fits in the engine bay.
the mounting points may be different, but it will work

If you're asking if an EG radiator will fit in an EF, then yes it will. You just need to fabricate some lower mounts for it, as the rad is slightly taller that the EF rad.
If you're asking if an EF radiator will fit in an EG, I don't know. But why would you want too? EG rad's cool EGs just fine.
