Headlight Question

Anyone use or have used IPF headlight bulbs, they sound very bright but are expensive ($70). I'm looking to pick up a set of IPF Titanium White H1 bulbs for my 99 prelude.

Never expierenced with those but i can vouch for the ebay light there pretty bright for only bein $12 bucks
