Default ls/vtec

Im building a ls/vtec and i wanted to know whats the best pistons and rods i can get for this setup. as of now i have

92 block
stock 2000 si head
typer oil pump
gsr water pump
vtec line
main bearins
rod bearings
head studs

thats what i have as of now if anyone could think of something i dont have that i need let me know.

Can you be more specific? How much power you want to make? How much money you want to spend? Application? Daily driver? Race car?

If you want just a basic lsvtec set up, use US ITR pistons/shotpeened rods combo...

my bad for not searching. But im going to be using the car on the weekends. As for power it would be nice to have like around 250. For budget whatever i have to spend i have to spend to build it right. I dont want to build it and it blow it up the next day.
