Default Well my car won't start

It turns over just fine but it doesn't start. I checked all the fuses and checked to see if I was getting spark to each cylinder and I do but it doesn't start. I checked to see if the timing belt was broken but it isn't and it is off timing by just a few teeths. SO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE HELP!

U prob bent some valves when it jumped timing...if you have eliminated everything else, You mite want to start yanking that head off.

well I thought the timing was off but it wasn't for some odd reason it was marking that it was off timing when the crank pulley was on there but when I put it on exact TDC it was marking that the timing was perfect, so it wasn't the timing, I took off the alternator and checked it but it was good, checked all the fuses and good, spark, fuel, everything good, i'm runinng out of things to try, any suggestions? Please help, oh and I did a compresion check and even that was marking good
