Si-r Gauge cluster install

ALright i bought my ef hatch with a b16a swap and i just bought a JDM gauge cluster. because i have the b16a swap does that mean i already have an elctronic vss?

maybe...you can check your tranny if the VSS is an electronic one or is there a cable attached to it.

if its a b16a1, then its from an obd0 and would be cable vss. If its a b16a2 or 3, then its an electronic. Either way, you can pick up a cable vss on ebay for like $5.
