Default question on rods n pistons

did anyone put type s pistons on h23 rods here? I have h22 rods on type s pistons right now. I bought probe engineering rods. I took the h22 piston n rod setup(type s pistons) and h23 probe rods to a machine shop and wanted to get the h23 rods and type s pistons together and ditch the h22 rods. He said it cannot be done because they would have to have full floating wrist pins put in and the type s pistons i have do not have the little circle thing for the lockring for the full floater. But dont the type s pistons use full floaters now? Do they make a few types of type s pistons which are made for floaters? Any help on this will help . He told me to research it more and hell see what he can do . So if anyones done this plz help.
