Personally, I'll be making the trek down to Rising Sun, MD on March 24th (praying the weather holds out) with some buddies.

A couple of us, including my father and myself, are looking for 12-second passes, all motor.

I'm sure I will be up there a few times this year.

 

I live 30 minutes from there, even though i find myself at Atco more often I really like Cecil County. That track has produced some of my best 60' times ever. I'll be there a lot in the late season, end of August or so...

 

Noticed your sig, that's REALLY quick.

What's your car weigh in at? WHP?

Which track was that at?

i personally like cecil for their outlaw 10.5 events... didnt the have an import event there last summer

 

Thanks, the car w/ driver was 2350lbs. That ET was from Atco, unfortunetly when the car was running strong back then everytime I took it to test and tune at Cecil I busted up the pressure plate. That car is gone, giving this 4 cylinder thing a shot now.

Yes, I think it was called the "Mid-Atlantic Import something..." and later in the season.
IIRC it got rained out.

 

I'll be down there a few times this year I'm sure, I generally do Maple though.

 

i will spectate, but wont bring my car. i know of 2 people that already know where i live and are waiting for me to have no cars in my driveway to get to my garage. i may bring itout at the end of the season. but we shall see.

Yeah, I went to that, and there wasn't even 5 imports to make a class A couple rotarys split the money from the entry fee.($50)

I love Cecil for test and tune, and grudge racing. I'll be there as soon as the weather breaks

im going to try and make it up there next weekend only if it is warm out. i hate the cold.

 

I'm sure I'll make a pass there sooner or later.

Both the allmotor and drag radial times in my sig where done there.

 

I'll be there quite a bit on Wed only running Billy's old bucket.

nonvtec, I think I met you a year or two ago when I was running my old white Mk2. Your car was moving even back then.

I remember a red bubble with bigass DOT tires on the front and you wouldnt' pop the hood.

It is now turbo. I'll be racing Power Street with it this year.

I didnt pop the hood because I just street raced that car. If anyone know that I had 3 nitrous kits on it I would of never gotten a race. . When I raced at the track I only sprayed 1 kit. or ran on the motor.

 

Didn't think it sounded like a turbo car but it didnt' go like an all motor car either. Good ****.

you are correct, BUT i do because i know there are 2 people after the car. friend heard 2 people talking and heard them say, red hatch runs 10's , behind this mcdonalds on this road. in this neighborhood. kinda narrows it down. but it is apart still anyway, still thrashing. we shall see. i may make my lisc passes there if the car performs like i hope it is going to.

 

we'll be there...........at least 3 cars to test.

I'll be shooting for 13's in a car I spent all of $300 (total) on. Just a funmobile.

hey drob. did you go to the track today(saterday)? I was riding my motorcycle alone side my dad in PA near dublin and i saw what looked like your coupe,a white crx with a dark color or cf hood, and like 2 other hondas all in a row going up the road.
