Default 48mm turbosmart WG, who can make topmount manifold for it.

I'm looking for anyone that can build me as good as Full-race topmount manifold that can accomodate the 48mm Turbosmart WG. I know Full-race don't make them for this big WG. Can you please let me know who I should go to? Thank you in advance.

My topmount will be here this week and I am just cutting off the tial flange and welding a new flange on for my 48mm progate.

what size tial does it have right now? The topmount manifold is going into EG hatch w/ fiberglass front end, LS/VTEC setup. I'm currently using the Full-race ramhorn mani w/o A/C and 3" dp. if that helps. Thanks again.

the tial 44mm wg flange and turbosmart 48mm flange are the same size v band. if the issue is that it is too big, maybe u can try an elbow so the wastegate is parallel to the radiator support.

I thought they were the same. Its the same with that new synapse wg coming out. their 40mm fits a tial 38mm and so on.

Thats odd I have a tial 44mm flange and a turbosmart 48mm wastegate right in front of me and the tial flange is definitly too small.

That's what I thought. The Turbosmart 48mm should be bigger than the Tial 44mm. I'll go get my 48mm and I guess i'll measure the ID of the flange and see how big it is. I don't have the Tial 44mm, if somebody have them, please measure the ID of the flange so we can compare the 2. Thanks.

OK, the ID of the TS 48mm is exactly 45mm. I measured that from the mating flange of the gate. Now, if I measure it from the gate itself where the valve is, it's approximately 44.65mm.

the turbosmart wg shares the same flange as the JGS wg.
