Summary
Fast, Reliable, and fun to drive. Idles, drives, and shifts perfect. It is very gentle yet will become a beast as you demand it. Power from all RPM range. All work completed by professional shops. A/C Works!

History
I have purchased this car back in June of 2006 from a Guy in VA. He works at a Honda Dealership there and all the maintenence were done there. The Teg was originally traded in as a lease return at the Honda Dealership when the previous owner bought it for himself. He is a very responsible adult who took very meticulous care of the car. During my short ownership, I have taken utmost care of the car as well.
This car is beautiful, fast, and very fun to drive. I mostly driven the car last summer/fall as a daily driver for my commute. During this winter, it was stored in my garage. It was taken out last Friday to take pictures. This car has a clean title with no previous accidents.
I originally purchased this car on the intention of driving as a good daily driver. I've had a G35 as a weekend car and I thought this car would be a perfect daily while the G35 sat at the garage during the week. It turned out I've fallen in love with this car more than the G35. I did not want to drive the teg on my 70 miles round trip commute everyday. The car deserved much more! So I have decided to trade in my G35 and kept the teg. Teg was then took the immediate spot in the garage as the "queen" and a weekend car.
I am selling this car for one reason and one reason only. My wife hates this car as a weekend driver. If the teg can not be a weekend driver, it really has no reason for me to own this car. I have a civic as a daily driver and I truly want to save the Integra from being daily driven. I would like the car to be sold to a responsible adult who will enjoy and cherish the car as much as myself and the previous owner.
The below paragraph was written by the previous owner when he was selling this car. All turbo/audio work was done at professional shop by previous owner. He kept good paper work and I have some receipts from some of the work.

The turbo kit was installed on 8-18-2005 by Brian Fisher from Inline-Pro. The engine internals were installed by Matt Park at Fairfax Honda, VA. The vehicle was obsessivly tuned to perfection and efficiency. The car currently dynoed at 324hp and 230 torque at only 13psi. I have Hondata and have the boost cut to 16psi. I have currently driven the vehicle to get 24mpg city/hwy mix. I have not put this vehicle on any track and do not participate in any street racing. The engine is very strong and has had check ups for leak down and compression checks. The transmission is flawless unlike many other Integra's. I work alot so most of the time car just stays parked at work. The stereo was installed by New Sound by John and Frank Patton. It has been in two sound drags and has done very well for the class I get put in. It hit 141db in the 2000watt class or 15" sub class. All the wiring is a site to see and very expensive (no corners cut). Power and ground are 0 gauge Lightning Audio. The body of the vehicle has not been in any accidents and only has minor dings due to Fairfax drivers.

I have also never raced or tracked this car. I also confirm 22~25mpg with my mixed driving.
The car is pretty much the same as the day I purchased it. During my ownership, I have upgraded the wheels, oilpan, short shifter and ****, and remote starter/alarm. I have kept all paperwork from June. The parts list are current as well as pictures except the dyno pic and the rims. Dyno pic is from the previous owner and rims pix are from last year.

Problems
Almost none. This car is mechanically perfect. Only defects are external as this car has usuall dings and scratches for a 7 year old car. Not many visible though. The one I consider "major" is pictured, and it is on the molding on driver side door.

Thanks for the vouch man. I wish the weather was warmer so I can install the lip. Makes the car look much better.

Custom piping and exhaust. Both done by Inline Pro.
