headlight bulbs size?

I got jdm headlights on my Eg,but the bulbs i have in there are horrible,my friend said that i dont have the right bulb in there,does anybody know what's the proper size that goes on these headlghts??any help would be useful...thanx!!

OEM JDM headlights us a H4h bulb. You can find them online from options auto salon. http://www.optauto.com I think.
