i jus bought my second civic it is a 99 EX with 103 thousand miles. I want to put something subtle that adds maximum HP, but im in college and dont have a lot of money at my dipsosal. what would you suggest that is cheap doesn't draw a lot of attention and imporves the power of the car?

 

A cold air intake would be good, a cat back with a Vibrant flat-black muffler or some other low-key muffler would be good. It depends what you are going for.
