My friend said that I can put B16 pistons in my d16y7 cuz the rods are thicker and just keep the single cam pistons on the B16 rods is this true???

yea just take it to a machine shop to get the cylinders bored out 6mm

ls rods work not b16. they require machine work of course though.

LS rods are a little thicker, but I'd rather spend a bit more for eagle rods. They are far stronger, and its MUCH less dicking around to make them work.

 

b16 rods are meant for a much shorter stroke. They wont work.
