I have a h22a4 swapped in my 96 accord this just started to happen, the other night while i was driving home from getting some beer from the liquor store and my dash started to make a clicking noise an the dash lights were flickering for a couple of seconds then it stopped like my dash lights and cd player was trying to die does anyone mite know what would cause this? thanks
could maybe be the alternator but i dont know why u hear a clicking nosie from the dash and i have a ? can u put a h22 v-tec head on a f22b block, there both dohc thanks
Check main relay under the dash.
And yes, an H22 head can fit on the F22 block. There is a huge thread on this frankenstein motor.

When it's about to go bad it clicks, interrupting the fuel pump from pumping.
