Ive had to replace my drivers headlight bulb maybe 5 times this past year.
Any thoughts what could be causing this?
Thanks

Are you putting any bulb protector grease on it? you can get it from autozone or advance auto parts, the same happend with mine kept blowing them right and left used some of the grease an it hasnt blown since try that.

Make sure you're not touching the bulb with your hands at all, that will kill their lifespan, also make sure moisture isn't getting in that socket

what muffin man said, any contact with the bulb will shorten it's life span dramaticly.

Check those little adjustable rubber stops where the hood closes. Maybe you're hammering the headlight every time you close the hood.

If it's one of those eBay bulb. Or course they'll break. Pay around $30-40 for a pair for a pretty good one.

Yeah, you gotta handle those bulbs super careful...Some have even gone as far to wear gloves. If the oil from your fingertips gets on the bulb, it'll be blow when you turn on the lights and be worthless.
