Two quick simple question about front and rear lips.

1) Will a 99-00 Si-R front lip fit on a 98 H/B?
2) What OEM rear lip will fit on a 98 H/B?

1. Maybe with modification. Straight-up, then no.
2. CTR

Follow up question

1) Whats so different about Si-R and Si lip (I know Si lip is a direct bolt-on)

 

99-00 SiR and Si lips are the same. However, you have a 98 Civic. The front ends are different. If you were to be lucky and find a 96-98 JDM SiR lip, that's a direct bolt-on.
