Default DC2 seats

ok i have a 92 EG... and my friend is about to give me his stock LS seats...
I try searching for my answer but I got nothing here yet... i know the USDM ITR seats fit right into the EG... but I just want to make sure that the seats will all bolt up w/o any mod (drillin holes) or anything... if some1 [B]can re-insure me[B] of what Im gettin myself into...

94-01 Integra seats are interchangeable with 92-5 civic seats (that includes the mounting brackets) there is no modification necessary, this includes the back seats as well(leaves a gap on the sides due to panel dimensions on EGs).

And I believe for 92-95 EJ(coupe) owners, the 2dr DC2 upper with the 4dr DC2 lower rears leave no gap. Might have it switched, correct me if im wrong.
