Default how light can you get a streetable 88' hf?

I wrote in another post that I have the option to get a 88' hf for a pretty good deal. I was wondering if the ~1800lb weight rating includes a/c, spare tire, etc. I was wondering if I could get a d16z6 to weigh about 1700lbs with carbon fiber hood, lightweight battery, no spare tire, no a/c?
