well if you are going for the jdm look, then get some red recaros from a CTR.

99-00 Si seats are the exact same thing you have in your car right now except they have a hole in the head rest. So buying those would be worthless. Don't go out and buy a seat without putting your *** in it first. The WORST thing you could do is buy a seat without testing it out first. You have to sit in that seat everday, and sitting in something uncomfortable will make you not want to drive your car. I'll put a suggestion out, I have Del Sol seats and love them. Look around and figure out what YOU like.

The red CTR recaros are a little bigger than the JDM ITR recaros. I like the black w/ red stitching ITR recaros. Or you could do the USDM ITR seats, also very nice and comfortable.

You could get a black carpet, get a JDM climate control (pointless mod IMO, all it does is give you a mirror image of what you have right now), get a JDM steering wheel, or use an S2K steering wheel (my suggestion), and a CTR or Spoon gauge cluster.

There isn't that much you can do interior wise past all this, that I can think of.

okay thanks a lot man, ummm, yeah i know what you mean about the climate control, but we'll see, and i know what youre saying about the seats, i just wanted some opinions, and yeah the s2k steering wheel would be real nice, would that fit on perfect or would i need to mod it a little .. and as for the CTR and ITR seats, where could i go for them on the net? and how much do you think i would be looking at for them, and same for the S2K steering wheel ... thanks a lot man!

S2k wheel will bolt bolt up just fine. I think the cruise control won't work, but the air bag still will.

The CTR/ITR seats, you could find them on here. I wouldn't try to find them on ebay, you'll find a lot of knock-offs. They usually cost about $1000 for a pair. I'm not sure how much the S2k wheel costs though.

IMO the CTR momo steering wheel and cluster is a biggie for me. Even SI seats done in black suede and red stiching.
