I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on or had heard anything about ractive coilovers for a del sol?

 

Why not real coil overs? On a budget?

Ractive doesn't really "specialize" in anything. Personally I wouldn't buy any performance products from them.

 

Does everyone agree or other opinion?

 

a "real" coil-over is a shock with a built in spring and sleeve. the kind you are talking about are separated. the spring and sleeve are separate and then you have to buy your own shocks to put them together. the real ones cost around $1200 where as the cheaper ones cost about $200 - 300. http://tein.com/htdamp.html go here to get a good idea of the real ones.
