Heres the deal... i have a del sol, with a fully built, turbo motor and im still running my muffler with widened pipe(done by muffler shop) that is all kinked and ****. Its about time a get a real cat back, but it want the quietest i can get so i can hear my turbo spooling. Plus i just want to quiet it down for a change.

I have an Apexi WS. Its barely noticable.

my bro has a greddy sp(i think; i know its greddy)on his 92 si; its very quiet! great sounding exhaust.

 

Yeah it is as quiet as stock, flow really well, and I plan on painting mine flat black with high temp paint. I have a friend who did it and you can not see or hear the thing. Good choice man!

 

I have the Apex'i WS and LOVE IT!!!

I had a Fireball before and it was terribly loud. Very ghey!

if u can find it i would go with the RSR exhaust. Thats what im running and its really quiet.

Is the Apexi WS exhaust all stainless? and how big is the tip on it, I am also looking for a new exhaust for my 2000 Si and don't want a huge shiney tip sticking out of the back of my car. Plz post pics, preferably 6th gen coupe. Thanks

 

Dunno how it fits on hatches but I had to hack off the excess bolt from the swaybar endlink so that the piping didn't rub/rattle.

BTW, only the muffler itself is stainless.

I dont think the WS is made for the del Sol.
I understand that Skunk2 is coming out with one for the del Sol's; it is made by RSR

 

The WS is made for Del SOls...A friend of mine has it and my brother has it on his 93 Hatch..Sounds really nice

 

RSR is the quietest.. but you won't find one anywhere.

i had a apexi ws once. thought it was a sleeper but still got couple tickets for it.

 

Where do they sell them for the del Sol?
I was told by a few shops its not made for it.
It only fits with a few mods like cutting about 6 inches off.

 

apexi ws is very quiet, my friend has one and it sounds great, or a mugen is also quiet but if you get a mugen you have to pay

 

how about just get an exhaust system that has a silencer ?

i have TRM cat back system and i keep my silencer on...like it that way

 

Blitz I think is the quitest from what ive heard never heard the apexi ws but from all the imput i think it will be my next investment
