Default Few questions upon reaseembling my motor??

OK i am reasembling my motor, i was wondering if when i arp rod bolts do i need to get them line honed??

Also with my golden eagle head studs can i use any assembly lube to re torque them?? or do i need to get a packet of the original stuff?

Thank you.

If you mean installing ARP's into stock rods, yes you need to have them resized because the pressing in of the new bolts can effect the shape.

As far as assembly lube, it's a matter of preference for the most part. I always use ARP assembly lube but in a pinch have used some generic Advance auto moly assy lube and had no problems with it.
