Is an install of a buddy club Short shifter on my Ep3 going to intricate or fairly self explanitory? any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

 

So here it is, Buddy Club Short shifter for Ep3 2002

1 remove stereo area ( din\dnt totaly take it out just so it can be lifted a little bit)
2 remove gear shift section with the boot on it
3 remove console: to push tabs up front, screw on either side in front of seats, and one in the back near cup holder, and remove where the ciggarette lighter is and youll find two screws holding in the front section of the center console as well as two bolts under the rubber mat in the storage compartment.
4 leave shifter bolted in. We used channel locks to remove shift cables. ( turn cables 90 degrees and they pop right out of where the are held in on the bottom side
5 Remove shifter ( I held the stereo section up and out of the way while my buddy Matt Dawg ( thanks MD ) finageled the shifter out.
6 replace with BC Shifter
7 reinstall shifter cables
8 replace console and enjoy
