Default Failed smog - need some input

Allright guys here goes:

HC: Max = 66, MEAS= 177 && Max = 49, MEAS = 177

CO: Max = .57, MEAS = .77, && Max = .55, MEAS = .55 (the only one i passed)

NO: Max = 487, MEAS = 2730, && Max = 774, MEAS = 891

What do you guys think?

Prior to doing the test, i did an oil change. I changed the plugs a couple of months back(ngk iridium). What do you guys think i should do, the numbers are pretty high. Also, i have a 96 civic ex w/ dc header, stock cat, 2.25 piping into a rsx muffler. Stock intake w/ a k&n drop-in.

Also, you guys think by-passing the coolant into the intake manifold might have affected anything?
