I was driving home and all the sudden the battery light, door/trunk indicator lights, and i think every other dash light minus the drive 2,3, etc light came on and now they are still on, even after a restart.

What does this mean?

It means your alternator is not longer charging the system and you are running solely on the battery. You'll need to replace the alternator. Of course, if your belt slipped off or broke, the same thing would happen (since your alternator wouldn't be spinning anymore).
