i purchased some crower stg 3 camshafts for my b16. i already have crower retainers and omni valves. i know the lobes on the camshafts require quite a strong spring with a good coil rate. i have type r dual valve springs right now. can i use them if not which valve spring should i go with?

 

I believe the cam card should tell you what spring pressures they want you to use. Did you recieve a cam card with your crowers?
