I just picked up a beater shell and it needs a motor, all im looking for is a SOHC non vtec longblock (i already have a tranny) complete... complete intake manifold is a must, nothing else is really needed other than the intact block and head.

im looking to spend no more than 200 bucks and im located in the poughkeepsie area of NY, i will pick up or pay extra to have it delivered.

I have a d series from my 89 civic in ok shape. I will sell everything trans and all shift linkage etc. for very cheap. I have the ecu as well. I am in New Jersey not sure where your located but if that helps let me know. Turboacr@msn.com

ok cool.... how far are you from the ny border? and if possible i would like to just get the longblock if you could sell that to me for a little cheaper without the tranny.... i wouldnt need the ecu or linkage either. ill email you as soon as i get a chance tonight
