CLUTCH PROBLEM

im not used to my hydrualic tranny<problem being my clutch pedal feels a little loose at first then stiffens up 1/4 way down....is this normal or can it be fixed. Y80

I have this same problem, I havn't figured it out yet I thought it was just something to do with my pedal becuase it is extremely loose before pressure begins.
