hi guys i have a 98 auto civic problem is when i start the vehicle and try to drive the car it dont move. what i have to do is switch the car off then start it again then its able to drive. sometimes if i am luucky the car drives on the first startup. am confused as whats up any ideas much appreciated thanks in advance

 

When it does start, does it idle rough? Does it idle at around 500-1000rpms? We need a little more info, it could be many things.

 

hi there yea its also idleing rough by wat i mean is the idle rev is bouncing up and down between 1000 and 2000rpm its an auto so i leave it in auto all the time lucky it aint manual or it be winding me up bigtime thanks for any help
