stock airbox/tubing ???

will a 88-91 civic air box/tubing fit in a 88-91 crx need this info for smog reasons

Depends on the models. Civic STD/DX/LX will swap over to CRX DX, and Civic EX/Si will swap over to CRX Si. CRX HF is unique.
