Projector Headlights + PnP Hids = ?

has anyone tried it? I'm assuming it's still gonna blind everyone. It just came accross my head the other day and was wondering(I'm not gonna do it) Just a thought.

get single xenon projectors... take the whole day and retro them into the headlights and get some oem ballaster and bulbs
