Rear 5 Lug Swap, Any alternatives to Type R parts?

Rear 5 Lug Swap, Any alternatives to Type R parts?
So, I just got most of my parts in to do the ghetto 5 lug and 36mm front conversion(CRV hubs, Prelude Rotors, legend calipers) and for some reason, I can't find anything for doing a ghetto set up on the rear. Is there an Alternative for Type R rear brakes or must I use all Type R for the rear? Any help is great. Thanks for lookin.
