I'd rather put the damper over the inserts, but are they the same as inserts or better or worse?

"simliar, yes
but why not esmms?
cheaper, pretty effective
for best results, go with the enjo mounts but they cost a pretty penny"

that's exactly what i said here

I know that you can feel the engine vibrations at full stops and I was wondering If I could get the damper and get away with it without getting any vibration than why not?

i personally dont have the damper (yet)
but from what i've read, you still feel the vibrations, but not as much as the esmms
the enjo-mounts have little to no vibrations and they get the job done (high priced of course)

I think the damper is the best choice because of price and low vibrations.

i've also read that they wear out over time
because its a shock
i know everything else does too
but the damper has a much shorter life span
not sure how true that is
but i'm still getting one

Yeah it makes sense for them to go out at some time(hope it's after like 5 years or later). The SRT-4 come with one, of course it's a dodge brand though. I think I'll get the damper too.

Yeah, I've never heard of mounts getting loud unless they're going out too?
