i have the grill from an si (99-00) .. and the bottom clips wont stay in, what are ways you guys kept them in, because with mine, you notice the gap between the bumper and the bottom of the grill, and i notice every1 elses looks sooo nice hahah

Take a few pix or one and post it up here.. I would have to say that you can't fit a 99' civic grill in a 98 civic. It fits different...
The way that I did my grill swap was there were about 4 screws on the bottom of the stock grill that can't be put back once the other grille is swapped (mine is mugen). You have to just slid it into place and then pop in the 5 or 6 plastic screw snap-in's on top. It should hold?

ummm..your title states that you have a 98 civic. 99-00 civic grills are longer...so it won't fit...not at all...

No, I did read it.
How the hell am I "supposed to know what you mean" if you say "99-00 si grill"?
Am I supposed to read your mind, and figure out that in fact youre using a ctr style grill?
If you use the right words, you wont have these problems
