i got my ex gf her 2006 civic Coupe EX for 17,400+tax. & another 06 Sedan EX for the same price.

So i think your getting reamed.

 

Well it's not TOO bad, since that's including taxes and registration fees.

I got "reamed" on mine for $19,600 OTD for my LX auto 06 (18,100 before taxes). All the dealers around me were unwilling to deal, and we needed a new car. I told my wife to hold off and we would look at other cars, and she went out and bought it instead What can ya do I suppose..

 

and what % tax are we talking on all these deals, that makes a bit of a difference, plus doc fees, plate and title fees.

 

tax in chicago is ****** high 9 percent.

 

My friend got an EX for only 19k when I got my LX for 19k he said I got ripped off.

 

I bought my first blue 4 dr for $17300 (before tax) 1 week later I bought my second white 4dr LX for $16900, then 2 wks later traded in my blue LX for a white 4dr SI $21300 (also before tax) I think I did pretty well.

 

just got back from the dealer. payed 18600 for new plates sticker tax. Oh well not bad
