Default cams for B16A

What cams do u all recommend for a b16...the safest way without overkill...but good hp increase?

pretty much the standard cams that work best in the B16a are Buddy Club 3, Skunk2 Stage 1 cams (not pro series) and ITR/CTR cams, Toda A's, Blox A's, Rocket M21 cams. Try searching on any of these cams using the search function here and decide for yourself. You really can't go wrong with any of them.

well im running skunk2 stg 1 cams on my jdm b16a. vtec hits very hard runs good.

You really do need to explain what you want out of your cam and what overkill means to you.

research different cams from manufacturers...acquire specs and such...stock or aftermarket valvetrain...then go from there
