Default Which cams Buddy Club or Blox?

i recently sold my rex and am looking to build my gsr. The bottom end is stock and it has a V2 intake, DC 4-1 header with 2.25 collector (looking for 2.5), 2.25 exhaust, clutchmasters stage 3 clutch, fidanza flywheel, and S2 IM and TB. i was wondering which company is "better" amd should i go with spec 3 or 4 with Buddy Club or should i go with the comp b or c for Blox? oh and wats the high speed lift cams for? Thanks ahead of time for your input i really appreciate it!
