Default Idle fluctuates with pressing of the brake.

Idle goes up when the brake is pressed. Leaking booster?

Thanks in advance.

i would guess dirty IACV first.

the iacv controls the idle when there is more load on the motor.

in this case when you hit the brakes you turn on lights and vacuum changes (via booster)

all my cars have fluctuated a little when hitting the brakes, but more so when the iac is dirty

I cleaned the IACV and have not driven it since. Just started it and was letting it run and for some reason mashed the btake and this came to light.

how much does it fluctuate? if you hold the brake does the idle jump up and down?

or

when you push it the idle goes down, when you let go the idle jumps back up?

i have always had the second one happen, every honda ive had (all 92 - 95 civic or accord)
