okay so im thinkin about doing a swap, h22a into my 90 accord ex 2door, but im worried about haveing to smog it i dont think it will pass with the swap, or will it?? and i live in cali if that helps. so yeah thanks.

 

if you keep your engine stock, all the smog stuff are in place, usdm version, go get it ref, once u pass the ref, you can get your car smog check legally anywhere. Im sure the engine is pass since i had mine done and the smog level came out really low. Or another way is if you know someone, have them smog it for you for like high price.

just regular smog check, and they issue(sp?) you a sticker that is smog legal to every regular smog...but they check every single detail to make sure every sensor and stuff are in place. they just much stricter than normal place
