Default ok, my plan your opinion/suggestion?

This summer, I plan to take out a loan of $10,000, I'm thinking a vortech turbo, zex nitrous, and other mods (forged pistons etc..) so the engine can handle it... yay or nay? The 10k is for use on the engine only, my body is fine, my stereo is more than fine..

It's a 99 civic si, Ive heard some of the opinions last time I posted, and one was that a turbo would be better.. I dont care how hard it would be to adjust for the most gain..I just want whats best.. Id rather spend the money for the best, than upgrade later wasting thousands of $$$.. So now that I know the price range, what should I go with.. or is my idea the best I can do.. and again, I need this to me street drivable, nothing more than a stage 3 clutch... (ill have already had the stage 3 clutch and lightened flywheel installed)....

I say ditch the laughing gas, and use the rest of the money on suspension, other engine components, and use the rest on, rims, other nice things that you don't need for you car, and if you still have some left, save it.

I wouldn't take a loan personally, but if thats what youre gonna do then, yes, definately spend it on the internals of your engine. Forged rods pistons, full crower valve train. Bore it 40 over. Go nuts, then put your huge turbo and intercooler. Those are my thoughts.
