or replace with ap2 which is much nicer and more functional imo.

 

If you are talking about the gun-metal ring that goes around the shifter with the coating that tends to flakes off then use some alcohol to get the remaining crap off. I recently did this and it looks 100 times better. If you are talking about the plastic then you can try scrap yards online (theres a ton but its a bit pricey) or you can buy new pieces from online parts stores
