Default Gsr questions

ok ive got a couple of questions on the a Gsr into a 1990 honda civic dx. Ive searched on the little red button too just so u know. Ok what i was wondering on the whole wiring harness issue what can i do i dont really want to wire the whole thing im sure i would mess it up in one way or another and have no clue on how to rig it up anyway. I looked at hasport wiring harnesses and dont know if they have the right one that i need. another question that i had was my stock tranny will bolt up to the engine and my tach will run right am i right or am i wrong just wondering. Anybody that has any input would be appreciated thanx

if you currently have a d-series then no, your tranny will not work. you need a b-series cable tranny. as for the wiring, converting to obd2 is stupid, so you want to convert the motor to obd1 by changing the dizzy and a few other things(im not sure, ive never done it). then install a obd0 to obd1 jumper harness to convert your car to obd1.

Give these guys a call. They can convert your DX wiring harness to run a B18C(1) properly.
