they look like 25 series tires...i dont think it looks "ricey", but its definitely not your average ITR.

I wasn't calling the ITR rice, but ALL the cars around it, I think the R looks kind of nice

You can kinda tell it's photoshopped by looking at the reflection on the car to the right of the ITR. Look at the fender closely and you'll notice there is no reflection of a blue car at all.

I'm guessing the original paint is actually CW or PY.

I dont see any problem with repainting a ITR. Its just a highly souped up integra. As for bodykits? But as long as it looks basic with a different paint scheme its all good.
