alrighty im pritty much new to all this motor swaping and stuff. i would like some opinions. which is better for boost f22 or h23. i have both motors the f22 has a blown head gasket right now. so i think now is the time to do something with it. and the h23 is pulled apart the whole head is striped. should i rebuild the h23 or the f22 i want both of them rebuilt but which one.

 

f22 + boost = good

f22 bottom end + h23 head + boost = good

h23 + boost = weak ringlands

 

So is f22 bottom end with h23 head better or about the same as straight f22. either way I would like to go boost. so which is better out of the two
