tranny problem...5th gear

i have a 88 crx with a obd0 b16 that i just finished and it jumps out of 5th gear. it doesn't happen when accelerating or decelerating only when holding a steady speed. any help would be appreciated as i'm completely lost on this one thanks.

Mine does it also, but mine does it in 4th, 5th, and sometimes 3rd. I think the syncos are just bad. BTW I have an S1 tranny.
