Default rear brake light

ok guys i have a 03 accord and i was putting some dynamat in the trunk and noticed that the rear brake light isnt even pluged up, the plug is just hanging..
i figured it was just because i have the 3rd brake light in the wing, i just figured it would be a good idea to ask.
yeah noob question but thanx for any input

Yes it is correct, when the wing with brake light is installed the rear window brake light is unhooked.
