I also thought you would be interested in more info about the exhaust on the R18 Civic. (Also from http://www.hondanews.com)

The Civic is equipped with a stainless steel, low heat-mass exhaust system integrated into the cylinder head that eliminates the need for a separate exhaust manifold, contributing to the engine's compact design and light weight. The system employs a high-density catalytic converter for improved light-off performance and reduced hydrocarbons and NOx. For emissions performance, the exhaust manifold is positioned on the front of the engine-which shortens the distance that the exhaust gases must travel to the catalytic converter, resulting in faster light-off and more complete conversion of the exhaust gases.

skunk2 will be coming out with a fullcatback for the r18. i did test fit for them and they are going to be shipped to skunk2 within a month and then i will go in to make sure everything is fine with the exhaust and possibly a dyno.

Ok this thread has been dead for a little while now, but I didn't wanna be a weiner and start a new one. (we currently have 3 intake threads going).
Anyway I was curious of all the exhaust out there for the R18, I know most of you have the Si, but for the rest of us less fortunate.
I know Tenabi and Magnaflow have full catbacks out. What else is out there. I guess AJP is suppose ot have some crazy rediculous 3 incher out there, but for use with their turbo.
Any responses would be appreciated.

the magnaflow is actually pretty subtle, around the same depth and volume ive heard on tanabes. you can't even notice that there's an exhaust on if you drive like a grandma like i do. I love my magnaflow, its practical for daily driving, and gives you that extra oomph when you need it. plus its pretty easy on the wallet.
