hey everyone i just bought a black 07 FGSI today and im very excited !! let me know some good pointers about the car and some good mods i can do without voiding the warr.!!

Congratulations, welcome to the site.

Mods depend on whether or not you want go or show... i.e. performance or just for looks.

I will say that its a good time of year to start looking at rims since the weather is warming up and the snow SHOULD be over (at least here in MD).

Performance the Injen CAI is a great deal, adds a great sound to the engine, and is only about $265. Can't beat that for the price.

My buddy Frank told me that you can take the restrictor plate off to free up a couple of ponies. But you might want to keep that on the down low because its not exactly street legal...

 

Any and every performance mod can void your warranty.

Personally, I would get a skunk2 exhaust, injen cai, skunk2 shorshifter, amsoil tranny fluid to fix any shifting quirks, and possibly the HFP suspension to avoid any warranty probs with a bad suspension setup.

You'd have a pretty sweet car going off of there.
