Default 11:8 compressioin with stock 95 gsr head?

will I got my old block setting in the garage(gsr block with LS crank and rods with jdm P30 pistons) and 2 weeks ago I bought a 95 gsr for cheap with a busted oil ring. I dont' want to put any effort into building a new block....will it be safe for a daily driver if I just put the stock head onto my block? I did a calculation and the compression came out to, 11:8
